We ship via Canada Post and UPS to serve you best. Shipping times are an estimate only and are calculated from the time they leave our warehouse.
Any "PRE-ORDER" items are subject to estimated wait and processing times and these times are available in the item details of the "PRE-ORDER" products.
Our Extended Holiday Policy allows shoppers to return or exchange unworn/unused items purchased after November 1st 2022 until January 30th 2023 to accommodate gifts for the holidays. Orders placed before November 1st and after January 1st, are subject to our general 30-day Return Policy. If items are sent back outside these policy windows, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange. Please note that permanently marked down items (seen in the Sale section of the website) are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. Shipping fees are also non-refundable.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine the item(s) and reach out to you via email if we are unable to process your refund/exchange. Our team does their best to have returns processed in a timely manner, however, it may take 1-2 weeks for return processing at our warehouse during the Holiday Season. Returns/exchanges submitted after December 10th are not guaranteed to be processed before December 25th. If you are entitled to a return, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow 3 to 6 business days for credit card refunds. If you are entitled to an exchange, your replacement item will be shipped out with the original carrier selected at the time of original purchase. We are not responsible for shipping timelines or delays by FedEx, UPS, or Canada Post.
Shoppers are responsible for paying shipping costs to return items to our warehouse. If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee or be held responsible if we do not receive your returned items.
Items purchased online can also be returned to either of our Flagship Stores located near the Downtown Halifax Waterfront and Mic Mac Mall in Dartmouth. Please note, we are unable to accept online returns or exchanges for items purchased at any of our store locations. Additionally, items purchased at Authorized Retailers, such as Pseudio locations, cannot be returned to an East Coast Lifestyle Store or online.

Wrong Address Disclaimer: It is the responsibility of the purchaser to make sure the the shipping address provided is entered correctly. If you provide the wrong shipping address, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible to attempt to correct the address. Once the package is shipped, we cannot guarantee that Canada Post and/or UPS and/or FedEx will be able to change the delivery address. There may be a fee to correct the address once it has left our shipping facility and is in transit, or if the item has arrived back at our facility "return to sender" there may be additional charges required to re-ship your package. Initial shipping costs for these orders will not be refunded.
All sale items are considered FINAL SALE. Under no circumstances can any sale items be returned or exchanged for any reason, with the exception of items purchase with a promo code.
