There is an issue with my order. What do I do?

Our office and warehouse operating hours are 8 am to 4 pm ADT Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

Please leave our Customer Care Team a detailed email at info@eastcoastlifestyle.com and we will do our best to follow up with you within three business days!

Please keep an eye on your junk and spam folders as notifications can get filtered out. 

How do I return or exchange an item?

Shoppers can return eligible items in their original condition to our warehouse (or in person at an East Coast Lifestyle store) within 30 days with proof of purchase.

Items returned beyond this window or without proof of purchase are not eligible for refunds.Please ship your items back to our warehouse and include our Return & Exchange Form with your order details and request in your package.

Shoppers are responsible for covering shipping costs to return items to our warehouse. 

To be eligible for a refund and/or exchange, your non-final sale item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in the original condition and packaging (if applicable) that you received it in with proof of purchase. 

Please note that items bought online can only be returned to our warehouse or an East Coast Lifestyle Store. Items purchased at any of our Authorized Retailers, like Pseudio, cannot be returned to East Coast Lifestyle Stores or online. 

Will I pay customs fees if my package is being shipped to the USA?

Effective September 2025, all shipments originating from Canada and destined for the United States will be subject to applicable duties and tariffs. These fees are determined by the destination country and are the recipients responsibility. Please note that payment of these fees is required upon delivery and is non-refundable. If the receiver fails to pay, the package will be considered abandoned and will not be eligible for refund. 

Do you offer Free Shipping?

YES! We ship all over the world from our warehouse in Halifax, Nova Scotia via Canada Post and UPS and offer Free Shipping on orders over $150 subtotal within Canada & $200 within the US (before taxes and after any discount codes). 

The Free Shipping option will automatically appear on the shipping page during checkout if your order qualifies.

How can I make changes to my order?

You can now make changes to your order directly from the "Return to Order" link in confirmation emails within 3 hours of completing your purchase.You can also email our team atinfo@eastcoastlifestyle.comand we will do our very best to make changes if your order has not yet been processed.

When is my order shipping?

Our warehouse team will process your order within roughly2 to 7 business days. Once fulfilled, you'll receive a shipping notification with your tracking number - keep an eye on your junk folder for confirmation and shipping notifications!

Your tracking number will update within 24 hours once picked up by the shippers. 

Please note, warehouse processing times are not included in delivery estimates seen at checkout. Once parcels leave our warehouse, the shippers will deliver your parcel based on your selected shipping method. As we outsource our shipping, we are not responsible for shipping timelines or delays by Canada Post or UPS.
