Do you offer free shipping?
YES! We offer Free Shipping on ALL orders over $100 subtotal within Canada & $150 within the US (before taxes and after any discount codes).
The Free Shipping option will automatically appear during checkout if you qualify.
Please note we do not currently offer in-store pick up for online orders.
How do I return or exchange an item?

Our Extended Holiday Policy allows shoppers to return or exchange items purchased after November 1st, 2023 until January 31st, 2024 to accommodate gifts for the holidays. To be eligible for a return and/or exchange, your item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in the original condition and packaging (if applicable) that you received it in with proof of purchase. Orders placed outside the Holiday Policy window are subject to our standard 30-day Return Policy.
Please mail your items back to us and include our Return & Exchange form in your package.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. Items bought online can be returned to any East Coast Lifestyle Store. However, items purchased at any of our Authorized Retailers, like Pseudio, cannot be returned to East Coast Lifestyle Stores or online. When is my order shipping?
Orders are packed and processed within an average of roughly 4 to 7 business days.
Once fulfilled, you'll receive a shipping notification with your tracking number - keep an eye on your junk folder for confirmation and shipping notifications!
It usually takes 24 hours for the shipper to update your tracking info. Please wait one full business day to get updates through your tracking link included in the shipping email.

Who do you ship with?
Since we are based in Canada, we primarily ship through Canada Post and UPS in order to serve you best! Shipping times are an estimate only and are calculated from the time they leave our warehouse. Please allow additional time for the processing of your order at our warehouse.

How can I make changes to my order?
You can now edit your order from your account on our site! Simply log into our website and select the order you would like to edit from your order history or follow the link directly from your confirmation email.
Shoppers can cancel orders, edit shipping addresses or adjust items within 12 hours of placing your order.
You can also email our team at info@eastcoastlifestyle.com and we will do our very best to make any necessary changes. Please note, we do not guarantee order adjustments of size, style, quanitity, shipping address, or payment method can be edited prior to order shipment.
I forgot to enter my discount code. Can it be added to my order?
Of course it can! Just send us an e-mail or give us a call with your full name & order number. We will make the change to your order & refund you back the difference.
