How can I get ahold of someone?

Our Customer Care Team can be reached via email at or phone at 1.902.406.9064 (toll free 1.844.533.3278) from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. AST Monday through Friday. We will do our very best to follow up with you within two business days!  

Please keep an eye on your junk folders as notifications can get filtered out. 

Do you offer free shipping?

YES! We offer Free Shipping on ALL orders over $100 subtotal within Canada & $150 within the US (before taxes and after any discount codes). 

The Free Shipping option will automatically appear on the payment page during checkout if you qualify.

Who do you ship with?

We ship all over the world from our warehouse in Halifax, Nova Scotia via Canada Post and UPS! 

Please note we do not currently offer in-store pick up for online orders. 

When is my order shipping?

Orders are processed and packed in our warehouse within an average of roughly 2 to 5 business days

Please note that processing times in our warehouse are not included in delivery times displayed at checkout. 

Once fulfilled, you'll receive a shipping notification with your tracking number - keep an eye on your junk folder for confirmation and shipping notifications!  

It usually takes 24 hours for the shipper to update your tracking info. Please wait one full business day to get updates through your tracking link included in the shipping email.

How can I make changes to my order?

You can now edit your order from your account on our site! Simply log into our website and select the order you would like to edit from your order history or follow the link directly from your confirmation email. 

Shoppers can cancel orders or edit shipping addresses within 12 hours of placing your order. 

You can also email our team at and we will do our very best to make any necessary changes. Please note, we do not guarantee order adjustments of size, style, quanitity, shipping address, or payment method can be edited prior to order shipment.

There is an issue with my order. What do I do? 

If you have a quality or order concern, please reach out to our Customer Care Team as soon as possible with your concern and proof of purchase so that we can help you best!

Is my item eligible for exchange or return?

The following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged :

Permanently marked down items (ending in .99 and seen in the Sale section of our site)
Charity items
Holiday Gift Boxes 
Mystery Items/Bundles

Final sale details can also be found in the product descriptions of each item for shoppers' convenience. 

Items that are returned in-store or to our warehouse in not original condition (washed, odour, pet hair etc) are not eligible for return/exchange. 

How do I return or exchange an item?

Our Return and Exchange Policy allows shoppers to return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of your delivery date or in-store purchase. 

Please ship your items back to our warehouse and include our Return & Exchange Form with your order details and request in your package.

To be eligible for a return and/or exchange, your non-final sale item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in the original condition and packaging (if applicable) that you received it in with proof of purchase. 

Please note that items bought online can only be returned to our warehouse or an East Coast Lifestyle Store. Items purchased at any of our Authorized Retailers, like Pseudio, cannot be returned to East Coast Lifestyle Stores or online. 

How do I access my rewards and apply them to my order?

Log into your Rewards to access your point history and vouchers! If you have enough points, you will be prompted to turn those into a voucher ($10, $20 or $30 value) which will provide you with a code. This code can be entered into the discount bar at checkout to apply to your order! Once a voucher is created, it will stay active on your account unless it is successfully applied to your order. If you would like to refund your voucher back to your points balance, reach out and we are happy to help! 

Please note that due to a limitation within our system currently, we are not able to stack discounts. Vouchers do not expire and can be used on any East Coast Lifestyle purchases that are not made during a site-wide sale. 

I forgot to enter my discount code. Can it be added to my order?

Of course it can! Just send us an e-mail or give us a call with your full name & order number. We will make the change to your order & refund you back the difference.

Please note that at this time we are unable to stack promotions or discount codes on an order.

East Coast Lifestyle is sold in all Pseudio locations in Atlantic Canada, & a few independent retailers.
